Terms of use
These are the General Rules and Conditions for the use of the "CityFun" platform/application (hereinafter referred to as the platform). In order to use the "CityFun" platform, you must agree to the terms and conditions provided below.
1. Use of the "CityFun" platform
1.1 "CityFun" provides game organization services.
2. Participants
2.1 Individuals from the age of 14 can become participants of "CityFun" games. If you are younger than 14 years old, please do not provide us with any personal data. Younger individuals can only play games with participants who are 14 years old or older. In such cases, participants who are 14 years old or older are responsible for participants younger than 14 years old.
2.2 "CityFun" games are designed for teams of 1 to 5 individuals.
2.3 During the "CityFun" game, one of the team members must have GPS tracking enabled. GPS tracking is necessary for displaying the game route. Until the team reaches the required point of the game, the game tasks will not be displayed on the device screen.
3. Payment for "CityFun" games
3.1 You can pay for the game by card or through online banking. CityFun acts as a commercial agent for game creators. As a player, you must ensure that payment is made and that there are sufficient funds in your account.
3.2 When making payments for games, "CityFun" is not responsible for any possible third-party fees (e.g., fees from mobile operators, banks). These service providers, when processing payments made through the "CityFun" platform, may apply additional charges. "CityFun" is not responsible for such charges and waives any related liability. Additional terms and conditions may also apply to your payment method, as imposed by third-party payment service providers; please review these terms and conditions before selecting a payment method.
3.3 "CityFun" is responsible for the functioning of payment in the "CityFun" platform and provides assistance in resolving issues. For payment-related assistance, please contact: info@cityfun.lt. Requests submitted by email or through the "CityFun" platform will be answered within one business day. "CityFun" will resolve complaints related to payments and requests within two business days.
4. Ordering and Cancellation of Games
4.1 If you have ordered a game and paid for it, it is considered that the service has been ordered.
4.2 Ordered and paid games cannot be cancelled and the money for them is not refundable.
5. Liability
5.1 The "CityFun" platform is used as a tool for organizing the provision of City Exploration Game services.
5.2 Users do not have the right to a refund for orders placed and paid for on the "CityFun" platform.
5.3 The "CityFun" platform is provided "as is" and "as available". "CityFun" does not guarantee and does not warrant that the availability of the "CityFun" platform will be uninterrupted or error-free. In case of software malfunctions, we will try to correct them as soon as possible, but please note that the operation of the platform may be limited due to random technical errors and we cannot guarantee that the platform will always work, for example, the service may be interrupted in case of extreme situations.
5.4 Each participant assumes full responsibility for their health, property, and life while participating in the game.
5.5 "CityFun", its representatives, are not responsible for any losses or damages you may incur while using the "CityFun" platform or participating in a game arranged through the "CityFun" platform, including but not limited to: direct or indirect property losses, financial losses, loss of profit, loss of business, losses of contracts, contacts, prestige, reputation, and other losses arising from business interruption, data loss or inaccuracy; as well as other types of losses or damages.
5.6 "CityFun" may immediately terminate your use of the "CityFun" platform if you violate these General Terms and Conditions or if we deem it necessary to protect the integrity of "CityFun".
5.7 Disputes arising from users' rights, legal obligations, or laws applicable to the provision of game organizing services will be resolved through negotiations, so please contact us initially. We will review your complaint and respond within 5 business days.
6. Good practice when using CityFun services
6.1 Please complete the feedback form on the CityFun platform. This allows us to improve the quality of our services.
6.2 We expect you to use the CityFun platform fairly and respect the authors of CityFun.
7. Changes to the General Terms and Conditions
7.1 After any significant changes to the general terms and conditions, you will be informed by email. If you continue to use the CityFun platform, it means you agree to the changes.
